Some would say it doesn’t count but it was my challenge and I’m happy with it. If you haven’t tried a 30 Day Challenge, there is no perfect time, just start.
Pros: Taking the decision away from your practice; you just do it. Habitual is becoming!
Cons: Becoming habitual. Once the excitement of the first week is over, practice seems endless.
